It is the dream of every successful human being to clinch the peak of his career, and bows out in style, with sheer dignity and honour – join the retirement free worlds.

Sequel to her fruitful working journey in the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Hajiya Izzatu Musa Yashi (Mrs.) – the beloved wife of Malam Musa Yashi, Executive Director [Humanitarian Affairs], North East Development Commission (NEDC) – has successfully arrived her retirement destination, safely.

Due to her kindheartedness, humility, humbleness and selflessness, Haj. Izzatu Musa Yashi is, optimistically speaking, currently receiving avalanche of encomiums, congratulations, and goodwill messages from her beloved ones, friends, family, colleagues and neighbours, in felicity with her on a full filled service and retirement milestone.

As the Latin saying goes by, the fruit of labour is in the seed, unarguably, Mrs. Izzatu is not exceptional to this universally acceptable ascension. As thus, we join millions of her well-wishers in felicitation for her impeccable record of hard work, dedication and selflessness, she left behind in the CBN. 

And while fervently praying for Hajiya Izzatu Musa Yashi to live a happy, prosperous, hale and hearty retirement years ahead; We must also, heartily Congratulating her for a successful retirement. May Allah (SWT), the Omnipotent, and Omnipresent, continue to bless her and her entire household. Ameen!

Held from Benue, north central state of Nigeria, George Akume was born on the 27 December 1953). He is a Nigerian politician who is the 21st and current Secretary to the Government of the Federation, appointed by President Bola Tinubu. He served as Minister of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs during the tenure of President Muhammadu Buhari from 2019 to 2023. He was the Senator representing Benue North-West Senatorial District from 2007 to 2019. He was also the Minority Leader of the Senate from June 2011 to June 2015.
