Dr. Betta Edu : Propagating the Gospel of Renewed Hope Across Nigeria

Unarguably, one cannot clap with only one hand. Indeed, the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda can only be actualized through a concerted effort and coordinated team work.

However, as a key actor in the Team Renewed Hope, the pragmatic approach towards a lasting panacea to the humanitarian predicaments and poverty quagmire bedeviling the country, Dr. Betta Edu, the Honourable Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, is currently changing the narrative.

Dr. Betta Edu's concerted effort in seeing to a prudently disbursement of the FG's palliatives to cushion the adverse effects of the fuel subsidy removal, as well as, proactive engagement in succor provision to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs); empowerment programmes to the impoverished women; and provision of social amenities to Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) across board, can not be overwhelming.

In just a dozen of weeks from her inception at the helm of affairs in the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Dr. Betta Edu, through her #GreaterNigeria Project, has attained numerous landmark achievements and unprecedented breakthrough in the humanitarian front.

From Abuja to Maiduguri, Yobe to Niger, Lagos to Calabar, Dr. Betta Edu has chris-cross the humanitarian crisis and poverty stricken states of Nigeria; propagating the gospel of President Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda.

Yazid Inuwa Malamin Kasuwa congratulates Malam Musa Umar Yashi – the Executive Director [Humanitarian Affairs], North East Development Commission (NEDC) – for successfully delivering the NESDMP to the Vice President, HE Sen.
