Renewed Hope Agenda: Betta Edu as a Yardstick

Can we start counting our eggs before hatching? While objectively assesing the workability of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda, so far; taken Dr. Betta Edu, the Honourable Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation as yardstick for measuring the workability of the President Tinubu's #GreaterNigeria Project; can we rightly say it is a beginning of a new dawn, or rather, business as usual?

To folks who are keenly following Dr. Betta Edu's antecedents, as a comrade in the Renewed Hope Agenda battlefront, without mincing words, one can stand bold to say, Nigerians have begin to see a light at the end of the tunnel.

With Dr. Betta Edu as a yardstick for measuring the workability of the Renewed Hope Agenda, Nigerians can optimistically start counting their eggs, even before hatching. Because, Dr. Betta Edu is a dogged fighter who can move a mountain or die.

PALLIATIVES DISTRIBUTION: VP Kashim Shettima Urge NEDC to Expand Intervention Scope to Cover More Road Projects

While officially commissioning the North East Development Commission's (NEDC) palliatives distribution exercise in Maiduguri, Vice President Kashim Shettima urged NEDC's Executive Director, Humanitarian Affairs, Malam Musa Umar Yashi, to expand the commission's Intervention scope to cover more road projects across the region. The VP, Sen. Kashim Shettima , lamented on the degree of destruction inflicted to North East by Boko Haram insurgency, to the tune of $9 billion.
